As the eCommerce Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and performance of Aje Collective’s online presence. This position requires an individual who is passionate about digital commerce, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You will work closely with the Head of eCommerce and other cross-functional teams to enhance the customer shopping experience and optimize online sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day management of The Aje Collective websites, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and stock levels.
- Manage and coordinate eCommerce campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches, collaborating with digital, marketing, merchandising, and design teams.
- Analyse website performance and customer data, providing actionable insights to optimise product offerings, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure prompt and accurate handling of online customer inquiries and returns.
- Monitor competitor websites and industry trends, providing recommendations for improving the site and online strategies.
- Manage product uploads, ensuring content is optimised for SEO and aligned with the brand’s voice and aesthetics.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and that products are listed in a timely manner.
- Execute website enhancements and user experience improvements, collaborating with the IT team to address and resolve technical issues.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including site traffic, conversion rates, and average order value, to help inform strategic decisions.
REQUIRED AND DESIRED SKILLS
Technical and Behavioural
- A degree in Business, Marketing, e-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an eCommerce or digital marketing role is preferred.
- A thorough understanding of eCommerce platforms and retail best practices.
- An understanding of the digital landscape, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends and drive digital progression
- Experience with Google Analytics and other eCommerce tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and web merchandising practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering a seamless online shopping experience.
- Strong verbal communication and written skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a keen interest in fashion and trends.
