Join icon fashion house Aje as the National Retail Training Executive at our Aje Head Office in Redfern.

About this opportunity:

  • Coordinate the scheduling, communication, and logistics of retail training programs, both in-person and online.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of engaging training materials, toolkits, and resources.
  • Monitor training participation, completion rates, and feedback via our Learning Management System (LMS), preparing regular reports for leadership.
  • Partner with Cluster Managers and Regional Managers to identify training needs and support program rollouts.
  • Manage training calendars, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide administrative support for onboarding, workshops, roadshows, and other training events.
  • Contribute to evaluating training effectiveness and suggest improvements to enhance impact.
  • Act as the first point of contact for training-related queries from the retail network

You will bring:

  • Previous experience in retail, training coordination, or HR/People & Culture support.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels.
  • Proficient in experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is desirable.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about people development and retail excellence
  • You will have naturally strong stakeholder management 
  • You will love being both on the floor with the retail teams as well as being part of a cohesive P & C team.
