About this opportunity:

• Create and modify tech packs, specs, and construction details for fast-track styles – this includes CAD’s, BOMS and specs.
• Work closely with factories and suppliers to ensure accurate interpretation and rapid prototyping
• Conduct garment fittings, manage fit approvals, and troubleshoot construction issues efficiently
• Measure all samples to ensure they conform to size specifications.
• Record all fit comments and relay to the factories, ensuring amendments are accurately reflected in future samples or production.
• Partner with sourcing, production, and planning teams to streamline the injection development calendar
• Act as a bridge between creative, technical, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution
• Respond quickly to business needs with agile sampling and iterative development
• Contribute to the development

You will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, Product Development, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in fashion design, garment development, or technical design
• Strong understanding of apparel construction, fit, grading, and technical specifications
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and handle multiple projects with competing deadlines
