About this opportunity:
- Maintain and update all production trackers daily with accurate data aligned to critical path timelines.
- Raise, issue, and update purchase orders, ensuring all costing, delivery dates, size breaks, and item details are correct.
- Generate and distribute barcode reports across retail, online, and wholesale.
- Cross-check all data across systems, merchandising files, and trackers for consistency and accuracy.
- Follow up with suppliers on sample submissions, production status, and delivery timelines.
- Communicate priorities, changes, and expectations clearly to offshore suppliers.
- Request, track, and record all bulk fabric, trim, PP, size set, and shipment sample approvals.
- Troubleshoot production delays, material issues, shortages, overages, and quality concerns.
- Track freight forwarder handover dates and update seasonal air and sea shipping schedules (ETD/ETA).
- Manage sample workflows including DHL bookings, ETA follow ups, logging parcels, and preparing samples for fittings or reviews.
- Attend fit sessions, document changes, update trackers, and flag risks impacting delivery or critical path.
- Provide weekly workflow updates across Production and Garment Tech, highlighting priorities and risks.
- Support new supplier onboarding through templates, PO formats, workflows, and process communication.
- Liaise with Logistics on warehouse movements and resolve delivery discrepancies with suppliers.
You will bring:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Production, Product Development, or a related fashion role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel, and Google Drive.
- Solid understanding of the design, development, and end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Demonstrated initiative to stay current with industry trends and introduce best practice improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence liaising across internal teams and offshore suppliers.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can respond quickly to feedback, shifting priorities, and evolving business needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across overlapping seasons.
- Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable navigating change.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to balance competing deadlines while maintaining alignment to the critical path.
