• Generate fresh, trend-aware and culturally relevant content ideas
• Think platform-first across TikTok, Meta and Pinterest
• Maintain a high bar for visual quality and brand consistency
• Translate trends and cultural moments into on-brand opportunities 
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver content at pace 
• Own day-to-day community engagement across all social platforms, responding to comments, DMs and mentions in Aje’s brand tone of voice. 
• Stay across cultural, social and seasonal moments, identifying relevant opportunities for brand participation. 
• Support weekly and monthly social reporting across engagement, reach, follower growth and content performance. 
• Look beyond the numbers - interpreting data to uncover meaningful insights that inform content and campaign decisions.
