About this opportunity:

Marketing Calendar Ownership - Manage four core marketing calendars:

• Aje AUNZ
• Aje Studio AUNZ
• Aje Athletica AUNZ
• Rest of World (combined initially)
• Ensure alignment across brand, digital, PR, retail and wholesale touchpoints

Campaign & Briefing Leadership

• Lead campaign briefing from concept to execution
• Define product focus, key stories and messaging direction
• Ensure consistency of storytelling across channels
• Elevate the quality and clarity of all briefs

Cross-Functional Orchestration

• Connect Brand, Creative, Digital, Paid Media, PR, Retail and Wholesale teams
• Run WIPs and campaign alignment sessions
• Ensure seamless execution across all customer touchpoints
• Act as the central point of accountability for delivery

Wholesale & Concession Marketing

• Support key wholesale partners and international concessions
• Ensure marketing alignment across retail partners
• Deliver premium, brand-consistent toolkits and activations

Customer Activations & Events

• Lead planning and execution of customer-facing events
• Support in-store activations and brand moments
• Ensure every event strengthens brand equity and customer connection

You will bring:

• 5+ years marketing experience within fashion, lifestyle or premium retail
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Commercially aware and performance-driven
• Energetic, proactive and solutions-focused
• A natural connector who thrives in cross-functional environments
• Confident running meetings and aligning stakeholders
• Calm under pressure with strong prioritisation skills
• Passionate about brand building and storytelling
