Join icon fashion house Aje as a Part-Time Stylist and VM Lead – led by Regional Manager, Jasmine Richards.

About this opportunity:

Being experienced and passionate about retail you will be responsible for:

Visual Merchandise

  • Implement weekly, bi weekly and monthly visual merchandising (VM) updates to support New to sale launches, product sell through, and promotional activity, adhering to deadlines.
  • Executes weekly mannequin updates to drive SFC and SOH focus'.
  • Provides trade updates to FVM, AM and RM to tailor floorplans for strategic product placement and maximises on store profitability
  • Implements and oversees store compliance regarding VM photo uploads, actioning timely feedback from the key stakeholders.
  • Uphold and maintain the VM and cleanliness standards in collaboration with key leaders 
  • Assist key leaders is educating the wider team in product knowledge and placement. 

Customer Experience:

  • Providing impeccable customer service to all customers
  • Creating a personalised shopping experience for the Aje guest, by effectively educating the guest on the sustainable fabrics, features, fit, and functionality of the product. 
  • Acting as a brand ambassador driven by your love for the brand
  • Visual merchandising, stocking and restocking shelves
  • Processing sales accurately through cash handling and the POS (point of sale) system
  • Utilising our sales techniques to drive sales and be motivated by meeting budget
  • Becoming a part of the team, including getting up to speed on the products and brand, contributing to our positive team culture whilst working well alongside your co-workers.

You will have:

  • Inventory and customer focused
  • Methodical
  • Lead by example by always acting professionally
  • Knows, accepts, and follows all policies and procedures
  • Practices and encourages teamwork in all capacities
  • Assists in training and coaching team members
  • Support and coordinate the opening and closing of the store
  • Supporting the management team and being a senior lead to your direct reports
  • Uses initiative and decision-making skills, whilst ensuring all decisions are aligned to Aje and the boutique
  • Ability to lift up to 16kg
  • Visual Merchandising Experience
