About this opportunity:
Strategy, Planning & Commercial Performance:
- Support the Head of Global Wholesale in building and executing the global wholesale strategy
- Lead financial planning across seasonal markets including budgets, forecasts and OTB tracking
- Own commercial analysis across regions, partners and categories to identify risks and opportunities
- Drive range and inventory planning in collaboration with Product and Merchandising teams
- Support business development through financial modelling and partner planning
- Establish clear reporting frameworks to track performance vs budget and prior seasons
Account Planning & Business Support:
- Partner with Sales team on account planning, ensuring alignment between sell-in strategy and financial targets
- Provide insights to support partner negotiations, including margin, pricing and inventory optimisation
- Track and manage partner performance including sell-through, intake margin and stock health
- Support strategic initiatives across Tier 1 accounts, ensuring commercial viability and execution
Logistics & Fulfilment Operations:
- Oversee end-to-end wholesale logistics including shipping, freight and warehouse coordination
- Ensure compliance across all markets including documentation, customs and regulatory requirements
- Manage invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Oversee payment tracking, credit management and reconciliation processes
- Partner with Finance to ensure alignment on revenue recognition and cash flow
Order Management & Systems:
- Manage and optimise wholesale systems including JOOR, NuOrder and AP21
- Maintain and oversee AP21 order setup, integrity and ongoing management across all wholesale orders
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement:
- Support showroom and market preparation from an operational and planning perspective
- Build and implement scalable processes to support global wholesale growth
- Identify inefficiencies across planning and operations and implement solutions
You will bring:
- Deep understanding of wholesale operations including order lifecycle, logistics and compliance
- Strong working knowledge of AP21 (order management, setup, amendments and reconciliation)
- Experience working with wholesale platforms (JOOR, NuOrder) and ERP systems
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functionally
