About this opportunity:

• Assist the day-to-day management of The Aje Collective websites, ensuring accurate product listings, imagery, pricing, and stock levels.
• Support with eCommerce campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches, collaborating with digital, marketing, merchandising, and design teams.
• Gather website performance and customer data to generate actionable insights for optimising product offerings, enhancing user experience, and improving conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure prompt and accurate handling of online customer inquiries and returns.
• Monitor competitor websites and industry trends, providing recommendations for improving the site and online strategies.
• Gather and coordinate all necessary data for a seamless product upload, ensuring content is SEO-optimized and aligned with the brand’s voice and aesthetics.
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and that products are listed in a timely manner.
• Monitor key performance metrics, such as site traffic, conversion rates, and average order value, to drive informed strategic decisions.

You will bring:

• Experience within an eCommerce or digital role (preferred not essential) 
• Proficient skills in Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Docs, Microsoft
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Exposure and respect for contemporary fashion/luxury sensibilities
• An innovative mindset that continuously identifies opportunities that align with The Aje Collective goals and values
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Problem solving skills that generate practical insights and solutions when they may arise
• Self-motivation to think outside the box and develop creative/innovative solutions to drive online sales and customer satisfaction
• Customer-centric mentality for all decision making
• Proactively identify operational problems, suggest solutions, and independently resolve issues
• Strong attention to detail, demonstrating care and precision in all tasks
