About this opportunity:
- Assist the day-to-day management of The Aje Collective websites, ensuring accurate product listings, imagery, pricing, and stock levels.
- Support with eCommerce campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches, collaborating with digital, marketing, merchandising, and design teams.
- Gather website performance and customer data to generate actionable insights for optimising product offerings, enhancing user experience, and improving conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure prompt and accurate handling of online customer inquiries and returns.
- Monitor competitor websites and industry trends, providing recommendations for improving the site and online strategies.
- Gather and coordinate all necessary data for a seamless product upload, ensuring content is SEO-optimized and aligned with the brand’s voice and aesthetics.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and that products are listed in a timely manner.
- Monitor key performance metrics, such as site traffic, conversion rates, and average order value, to drive informed strategic decisions.
You will bring:
- Experience within an eCommerce or digital role (preferred not essential)
- Proficient skills in Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Docs, Microsoft
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Exposure and respect for contemporary fashion/luxury sensibilities
- An innovative mindset that continuously identifies opportunities that align with The Aje Collective goals and values
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Problem solving skills that generate practical insights and solutions when they may arise
- Self-motivation to think outside the box and develop creative/innovative solutions to drive online sales and customer satisfaction
