Look no further! Aje is looking for an eCommerce Coordinator to join our team at our Aje Head Office in Surry Hills.

About this opportunity:

  • Website Maintenance: Maintain eCommerce website, updating banners, promotional assets, products and collections.
  • Promotions and Campaigns: Assist in executing online promotions, discounts, and website campaigns, ensuring all details are correctly reflected on the website.
  • SEO Optimisation: Work with the eCommerce team to ensure product listings and site content are optimised to drive organic traffic.
  • Website Content: Keep messaging and product updated and inline with marketing calendar and product launches
  • Merchandising: Assist in all website merchandising ensuring on brand representation of product, balancing new arrivals, best seller, key product focuses and using data insights to merchandise for strong sell-through
  • Theme Template: Assist with updating theme templates and where required build and optimise landings pages in line with the marketing calendar
  • Store Pages: Update website pages including FAQ’s, shipping, returns and store pages. 
  • Product Samples: Coordinate all samples from relevant teams (Production, Marketing and PR) ahead of eCommerce shoots. Ensuring samples are handed over to external parties in required format.

You will bring:

  • Experience working in retail and sales
  • Experience within an eCommerce or digital role (preferred not essential) 
  • Proficient skills in Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Docs, Microsoft (preferred not essential)
  • Exposure and respect for contemporary fashion/luxury sensibilities  
  • An understanding of the digital landscape, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends and drive digital transformation
  • An innovative mindset that continuously identifies opportunities that align with our goals and values  
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and verbal communication skills
