About this opportunity:

Being experienced and passionate about retail you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure exceptional customer experience through personalised service and product knowledge.
  • Lead by example in customer care, sales techniques, visual merchandise standards and staff presentation standards to maximise sales potential.
  • Achieve sales targets by converting customers, resolving complaints, and processing payments accurately
  • Supporting the Boutique Manager with operational management of the boutique – ensuring high standards in health and safety, facilities, policies and procedures, and back-office operations.
  • Supporting the Boutique Manager with increasing the VIP customer base and nurturing relationships with all VIP customers
  • To be aware of market trends, understand forthcoming customer initiatives
  • Support with developing and mentoring boutique team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Assist in fostering a feedback-rich culture by identifying opportunities for team members to improve their performance through positive and constructive feedback and ensure that the action plans for performance reviews are managed
